After the first four years (from 2009 to 2013) in the role of opposition within the Southwest borough I am pleased to report that I was able to change and improve (from 2013 to 2017)
many of the practices that I had criticized in my first mandate. |
Such tangible results should come as no surprise for they are simply the fulfillment of commitments on which I campaigned
in the fall of 2013. |
While we—Projet Montréal councillors—divided responsibilities,
I am proud that I fulfilled most of my commitments. |

In this way, I hope to help fight off the cynicism many of you might feel towards politicians in this time of uncertainty. |
