AMENDMENT TO THE URBAN PLANNING BY LAW

  
 
Together with my colleague Anne-Marie Sigouin, I worked to amend the urban planning by-laws
of the Southwest borough.
   
  OUR GOALS:
 

Improve the architectural integration of buildings in order to reduce their scale and their impact
on the rise in property values.
   
 

Reduce compaction of the ground due to construction projects so as to increase the capacity of rainwater to penetrate directly into the ground.
