FRAMING REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT

 
   
  Urban planning and the construction of the city is one of the areas of expertise of major cities.
  Le Sud-Ouest borough is a sector where property developers are still interested in investing, thus the borough's council makes several decisions every month on real estate proposals.
  Real estate development must respect the existing framework and the sectors where it has to integrate.
  In my first mandate I was critical of the assessment of real estate projects in le Sud-Ouest. Since 2013, i have become more vigilant and demanding in order to better frame the construction requests in the borough.
   
   
  MY ACHIEVEMENTS
     
  A more encompassing review and more stringent towards the approval of construction projects.
  Modified the urban planning regulations in order to improve the guidelines for real-estate projects
  Several sector-wide planification exercices (in progress)
  More measures (regulation or tools) to protect rental housing and tenants
