CANADA MALTING SECTOR - SAINT-HENRI WEST

 
 
Following the submission of a major real estate project on the Canada Malting site in 2013,
I emphasized the need for a more global and comprehensive approach to planning of the sector.

  The borough negotiated with the Ministry of Transport to assist in this process, in view of the significant redevelopment planning that would follow the reconstruction of the Turcot interchange.
In the spring of 2017, the borough and the City proposed many regulatory amendments, adjustments and measures that would be required.
I was very happy to focus on housing related issues.
