A grant for cultural spaces linked to the expansion of the library. |

| The challenge will be to maintain an overall vision of the future of the Hibernia square sector, in consultation with the demands and needs expressed by the citizens and the real world constraints of the site itself (traffic, parking, quality of life). |

| I have been involved in this project from it’s start; I know the issues extremely well. I am confident that I am in a good position to optimize the various experts and services that are required. I am also available to local residents and community groups that are invested in this challenging but rewarding planning process. |
